Absolute Friends

Class AC2.1-19TT decided to read a class book over the summer. The book chosen was Absolute Friends by John le Carré. Hopefully there will be some discussion of the book over the summer on the British Council Hub. You should be able to get a copy of this book at fnac, Libreria Britânica or other good bookshops in Porto, or order it through an online bookseller such as Amazon.co.uk

Students from AC2.1-14S feel free to read the same book and comment too!

CPE Trial Materials

I have received the results of the second set of pilot materials we trialled for Cambridge recently. If you are not coming to your last class, and would like to know your result, send me an email and I will forward you a copy.
I don't promise to answer this week, though I'll try, as I'm very busy with marking exams (still), plus 46 late homework assignments I was given last week, and all the end-of-year admin. I'll send them asap, but be patient!
