Could you handle three months of Arctic wildnerness? Or a summer trip to the Amazon Rainforest? If you’re aged 16 – 20 and interested in becoming part of an international expedition, then have a look at this website:

http://www.bses.org.uk

I wrote to this organisation last week on behalf of a student who wants to go on to university to study archeology, and they have confirmed that they do accept applications from students from outside the UK. Check it out!

Extinct Emails

I am getting an increasing number of messages from email accounts which are full or have expired. Can all students whose email addresses have changed please send an email from your new account to me at snowfinch@yahoo.com telling me who you are and which class you are in so that I can update my records! Some people have aked me to email them all the information I post on the blog, but I can only do this if email addresses are up to date!
